Shipping
When will my order ship?
After you've received a confirmation email the orders will typically take 1-3 business days to be dispatched. During particularly busy periods it may take up to a week.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number once your order has been dispatched!
**I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This may vary from country to country but here are some estimates to know better when you might expect your parcel to arrive.
UK 1-2 business days
Europe 3-5 business days
Rest of the World 5-7 business days
** All shipping includes tracking so you can keep a close eye on your parcel's journey :-)
Can I change my address?
If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so I can change it.
I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I currently ship to most places but if there's a specific country that you'd like me to add please let me know here! Postage costs are calculated at checkout.
Will I be charged customs?
EU customers may now have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order. Unfortunately I’m unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country.
For international orders, import duties may apply when the package arrives in your country.
**It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any customs fees or import tax that may occur.
Do you offer local pickup?
Sorry, I'm not offering local pickup at this time.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
If you're not 100% happy with your order please email me your order number and reason for the return up to 7 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible to cover any shipping costs of your return. Please make sure the items are securely packaged so it doesn't come back broken or chipped as in that case I cannot accept the return.
What if my item arrives broken?
Send me an email me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the broken item and we can work from there!
